I have had SEVERAL different packages go missing or get stuck hee for over 3 months. I’ve ordered Halloween costumes last year at the begging of October and got them in December. Shoes from dicks sporting goods never arrived and the status still says in Aurora Colorado. Having the same problem with Halloween costumes AGAIN this year. They should’ve arrived yesterday

My package has been here for two weeks! I cant get ahold of anyone from FedEx!
They sent me a package through this agency, and it never moved from that location. What do you recommend I do? If it will arrive at my address, even if it takes a while, does anyone know or has had the same thing happen to them?
I’d love to give the delivery driver a Zero not even a 1 star straight up zero stars but I’m forced to leave a 1 star. My package was moving nice, but once it left Henderson Colorado that’s when the delay was taking forever. My package was supposed to be delivered to me on 9/3/25 but I don’t know why they’re keeping my package for 7+ days. By far the worst delivery experience.
