Two orders of live plants sitting in the warehouse dying. The first was a month late and now my second order is 2 wks late. Also, I can't get ahold of any person to talk to about this!
it’s the worst FedEx office on earth.
Paid extra for my package to arrive Friday, they didn’t get that done, waited all day Saturday for them to deliver it, never showed up and now there’s nO ETA. This fedex is full of GED losers, you’re better of having it held at a facility and picking it up yourself because whoever runs this fedex ground lets their employees do whatever they want (or don’t want). I get you guys don’t care and that’s why you’re delivering and handling packages for a living lol
Can't talk to anyone and can't get my package...
I have had one package stuck at this facility for well over 2 weeks. and another for just at 2 weeks now. Zero movement. just beware that no one will help you and if you have a package land at this facility, you're better off just getting a refund cause you won't get it!
