Just like everyone else, my package has been stuck here for a while. My gripe is they are medical supplies for my elderly parents. I have tried contacting fedex but the chat and phone number is just a machine and no matter what you say, it just ends the conversation. I wish I could chose my shipper for some vendors, i would pay just to not use them. Even Ontrac is more reliable and USPS, at least you can talk to a human or get some. I have no idea how FedEx is still in business.
I have had SEVERAL different packages go missing or get stuck hee for over 3 months. I’ve ordered Halloween costumes last year at the begging of October and got them in December. Shoes from dicks sporting goods never arrived and the status still says in Aurora Colorado. Having the same problem with Halloween costumes AGAIN this year. They should’ve arrived yesterday

My package has been here for two weeks! I cant get ahold of anyone from FedEx!
They sent me a package through this agency, and it never moved from that location. What do you recommend I do? If it will arrive at my address, even if it takes a while, does anyone know or has had the same thing happen to them?
