I had a package that was supposed to be delivered to my apt. I left detailed delivery instructions and the lady never used them she left my package outside my apt building on the ground and someone saw her and stole my package and it's like fighting an uphill battle to get a refund because she delivered it to the apt building but not the unit smh everytime I get something from this company its a nightmare to get a refund or re delivery and the drivers lie all the time!
