Fed Ex is the absolute worst. Packages just get held for a month in Aurora. No updates. Can't call and get a human. When you DO get a package their delivery people just toss it on the porch with no care in handling/damage or thieves.
This place needs to be investigated. They are refusing to give me my package 📦. And there might be bed bugs in the package. The bed has been there since August 7, 2925 and the need to hire robots.
You know your package is doomed if it passes through the FedEx SmartPost post in Aurora, Colorado. Almost every package of mine either gets lost or languishes here for 3+ weeks.
