Claimed to have attempted delivery of package but nobody showed, no door tag, and nobody on my camera. Signature was not required for this item. They just failed to deliver it but they put the blame on me. Take some ownership and let me know you didn’t make it to my house or made a mistake. This really messed my day up.
Terrible shipping facility with TERRIBLE management.
The crappiest company EVER. Super slow at receiving my packages but I see why, the drivers can only move but so fast in 100 degree weather with NO A/C ON THEIR TRUCKS. If the company had any good managers or supervisors, they would make sure their drivers were set up for success instead of for failure— throwing them out on trucks with no A/C as hot as it is outside. The management is TERRIBLE. You should be ashamed. DO BETTER FEDEX, DO BETTER MANAGEMENT!!!
