Too tight
My package has been tried to be delivered two times now. I cannot get anybody on the phone or with the virtual assistant. The automated system says my package does not require a signature to receive it. Why do you keep giving me door tags That’s a driver takes a picture of it and doesn’t leave it at my house. Yall don’t even deserve any stars. You’re the worst shipping company ever and that sad. UPS is way better and I get my package on time and not being delayed. I have never even got my package from yall and reported stolen. Yall suck. Oh we are trying to find it I call bs
Unable to speak with support personnel regarding my package even though I provided the tracking number. Got nothing but a total runaround. Package was supposed to be delivered on 10/10/25 but it is in the city where is to be delivered. As of today, 10/11/25, at 2021 hrs (8:21 pm) it has still not been delivered. All I get when I call is an animated message. Very frustrating customer service!!!
