This is the worst place to deliver packages and customer service is the worst that I've ever seen in my life and I am 50 years old and so I know that FedEx is really the worst that I've ever seen in my entire life UPS is a whole lot better
This is the worst way to ship in the world! Economy packaged was received on 1/14 by Fed ex and still no delivery and everytime you call can't speak to anyone! Horrible service and customer service!!!
Too tight
My package has been tried to be delivered two times now. I cannot get anybody on the phone or with the virtual assistant. The automated system says my package does not require a signature to receive it. Why do you keep giving me door tags That’s a driver takes a picture of it and doesn’t leave it at my house. So I can’t even read the door tag. If my package according to your automated system doesn’t require my signature then why hasmy package not been delivered and dropped off at my house?
