I have had 3 packages stop here in the last 2 months. I believe there’s FRAUD AND THEFT happening at this facility stealing packages. All 3 have been from entirely different companies/brands and seem to stop shipment here. No more tracking info or updates after they reach this facility. Fedex you would be wise to investigate-i will choose different shipping methods and hopefully others do as well so they avoid wasting their time and money. Just like the FedEx hell in Grove City, Ohio, this location seems lose packages or just leave them behind for their amusement (or because someone is too lazy or ignorant to get a package on the right truck). I've received emails fir the last 3 days telling me my package will arrive "today," but I live over 1,100 miles from Chino, California, so unless they're going to fly it right to my house it ain't gonna make it--and it still hasn't; nor has it moved in 3 days. I was supposed to recieve my package yesterday. It is showing that it is still at the chino ca branch. I've been making calls with no progress I guess its time to call corporate to see what the problem is. Update: I've finally got ahold of someone that told me it is in transport right now. I will be changing my rating if it arrives Monday 9/8 as I was told it would.
