They never bring it to the right home an they literally through tha stuff
Does not follow tickets and sent me across town to a closed office. Horrible customer service
FedEx employees steal packages and state that they delivered your package. FedEx doesn’t hold their workers accountable. Jerome, a FEDEX driver did this on yesterday. I have proof and video that nothing was delivered all day.
I have had nonstop issues with this FedEx! Something gets shipped and then loaded in the truck but never delivered! Everyday I get a message the item will be delivered by end of day. Goes on for days and days and no one to contact. It’s happened with a book, a case of wine, paint, a desk. What a horrible company!! I’m calling corporate and telling any company not to use FEDEX to deliver anything!! Horrible.
