Constantly delaying my deliveries a day. It sucks when you are expecting expensive items and stay home to receive them so they don't get stolen off the porch and 90 percent of the time they get delayed and tag it as if I wasn't there to receive the package when they didn't even try to deliver

*Edit** Finally was able to speak with Fed Ex and received a callback from our local Rigby office and we were able to figure out a solution to the issue. Changed my stars from 1 to 4 only because it is still really hard to get into contact with the right department in Fedex when there is an issue. So frustrated with local fed ex delivery drivers. We are a business AND residential. Our office is Open from 10am-5pm but we are not always in the office as we work out on the property. We have a sign that says, "Yes we are open! W... read more

This company really sucks. Two attempts at delivery and they haven’t even tried to contact me. Total crap company and if I was an employee I would be very embarrassed to be working for a company that screws up so much. Thanks for ruining my wife’s one and only Christmas gift. FedEx website and app sick and are inoperable. Really embarrassing company to work for
