They keep claiming Amazon packages have been delivered on time but then deliver whenever the heck they feel like it. Or sometimes deliver to the wrong location. This leaves a person wondering which scenario they are experiencing and whether or not that thousand dollar item they ordered is sitting somewhere out in the rain or getting stolen or simply just not here yet. My package was supposed to be here 2 days ago. I chose the 2 day expedited shipping and was ok when it was delayed by one day, but now it’s 2 days after the scheduled delivery date and it’s going to take another 3 days to get here somehow. Tracking shows that it is 15 minutes away from my house. Called customer service and they said I can’t even go pick it up without causing more delays.
Slowest delivery I have ever had, out for delivery twice and still not delivered. Bouncing around getting broken im sure. I don't know how they are still in business.
Pretty upset. I took the day off work to sign for a package - delivery person came and left and did not even knock on the door. Now I have to take another day off work. How hard is it to knock? I have 3 dogs who would never let a knock on the door go unnoticed.
