Can't find the only house on the street. And when you call them you get a computer and it can't understand you and what you said. Bring back a real person that speaks English.
Poor delivery experience. Unsatisfactory, unhelpful so-called 'customer service'. Website map doesn't work. NO ONE CARES! This is a recent change. FedEx Ground used to be great.
I am so sick of the workers always delivering my packages and slamming them down and sometimes even damaging the contents to where they cause my whole order to be destroyed. I dunno what their problem is.
Why claim to deliver on Sundays when drivers are too stupid or lazy to actually deliver? Call customer service is insanely frustrating. Customer service is robotic responses then when finally a human picks up, useless.
