Had to pick up package and pull into the building. They had me park next to portapotties. Smelled RIPE, and driver went to go in and stepped right back out. Went to wash hands but couldn't. Fedex Palmdale inflicts this smell on customers, and treats employees even worse by not keeping them serviced in temperatures that are only going up. Shameful
Kyle is the best! Im so grateful to have him as my driver. He genuinely goes above & beyond.. a true blessing! Thank you again Kyle… you’re appreciated :)
Fed ex admitted they made a delivery mistake but claims it's not responsible for the package stolen. It required someone be present, package was stolen when it was placed outside of a gated area but they claim it WAS delivered but left outside by their mistake, we are out $170.00 claim denied 2 times fu
