My driver refuses to deliver my packages. It remains at their fedex location in north Jackson. The packages never leaves the FedEx location and I have a problem with that. Call me tell me your going to fix this stupid driver
If I could put zero stars. I would. When a FedEx employee packs a new cell phone in a package and charges 100$ to ship overnight with the knowledge that it will get caught in their own security system for a week , they themselves become fraudulent Oh but wait It gets better: So then the package I paid 100.00 to have over nighted- gets lost. My package was out for delivery for 5 days In a row. Weather delayed each time. Found out that the driver didn’t want to walk in the snow because my driveway wasn’t completely clear. Ridiculous. Didn’t know I had to have bare pavement for the dainty little feet that are delivering my packages. FedEx is truly the worst logistics company
First off, let me say that this isn't the first time that my package has not been delivered on the day that Fedex said it would. Each time, the driver had been close to my house, but decided for some reason not to deliver to me and postpone my delivery. I know this because of the delivery map tool.
