Lost a tire for 3 weeks, finally found it, made me contact the shipper to release the package they already couldn't do their jobs to deliver, shipper had to send a whole new order because fedex lies and one of their employees really stole my tire and they wouldnt admit to their failures.

Contractor that does Austintown, WITHOUT QUESTION, skips my house every time I use FedEx. Address is not right, no ones home, package damaged. There is a new excuse EVERY TIME!!!!!

One of your drivers made me feel unsafe. He got out of his truck (the FedEx truck) at the gas station and started walking to my car yelling at me at 3:15pm August 26 in the Lordstown Sheetz parking lot. His liscense plate was for your company car, PKG 6198. It was very unprofessional and he's lucky I didnt call the cops on him. You guys gotta do better background checks on people. Especially if they're going to harass random strangers at a gas station.

I was expecting a package that required my signature. I waited at home all day only to get an attempted delivery tag on my door. The lazy driver never knocked or attempted delivery, for some unknown reason they will attempt a second delivery in 48 hours🤬. So now I must drive to the FedEx location and pick up my package since I will not be at home in 48 hours

DO NOT USE FED EX UNLESS YOU HAVE A WEEK OR TWO TO WAIT FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO BE RETRIEVED AFTER THEY DELIVER IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS…THEIR DELIVERY DRIVER HAS ZERO REGARDS FOR FED EX CUSTOMERS AND DELIVERS PACKAGES WHEREVER THEY PLEASE TO DO SO. I WOULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS IF I COULD. FED EX GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. THIS IS A COMMON OCCURRENCE FOR MY TOWN SO ITS ONE SPECIFIC DRIVER WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
