Two days in a row they claim they couldn’t find my house that has my address large on the outside and I received my packages from boardman FedEx with zero issues. They sent my things back to the seller

Se creen que los choferes trabajan para ustedes solamente o que salen con 10 Paradas solamente y quieren que le pongan los paquetes asta dentro de la casa se los habrán se lo monten y le enseñen asta como usarlos no sean ignorantes sean conciente y luego y ni agradecen mucho hacen que asta ustedes tienen las entradas sucias bloqueada con basura y muchas cosas más y ellos tienen que hacer malabares para dejarle sus paquetes
I literally had to chase The FedEx truck through my neighborhood because they gave me somebody else’s package and had mine in the truck. Thankfully, the driver was super nice about it and thanked me for not going off on him. But now I have a check coming through FedEx from my 401(k) and it’s SUPPOSED to be priority overnight delivery. They say it’s gonna be here at 12pm, but the status says it’s not even on its way. This place is an absolute joke. Had a package that was out for delivery since 6:55am. 7:45pm rolls around and still no sight of the package. I called and spoke to "Anthony" who sounded like he just ripped a bong before answering the phone. He informed me that the driver "didn't attempt delivery." When I asked why, I assumed I would have gotten it was too heavy or some other reason... Nope. I got "he didn't feel like attempting delivery." Are you joking?
