It's time for FedEx to down grade. I had 2 packages to be delivered to Olive Branch MS. Tracking for one show it was delivered to Deer Park TX. How the heck down did that happen and THEN YOU CANNOT EASILY CONTACT THEM. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT SOMEONE AT FED EX FOR TWO DAYS.......SHIP UPS OR OTHER METHODS. THIS IS 3RD PACKAGE THAT WAS MISPLACE OR WITHHELD FOR INSPECTION.🤮
The driver lied and said there was attempt to deliver my package. The package was supposed to be left at the door which I had open waiting on my package! You can't get any assistance from anyone over the phone! FedEx is horrible!

My delivery has been sitting there since 1/6/23 and it is now 1/12/23 and I can not talk to a live representative to even get answers about my package!! The payment for my product was taken out of my acct on 1/3/23
