Driver on the route of my apartments consistently, lazily drops off heavy packages at the wrong location and refuses to redeliver, and leaves customers to figure out how to get the package to their home. The only option they give me is to contact the seller. It doesnt matter who I order from, if it comes via FedEx then the shipment is wrong.
Unbelievable!! They have managed to lose two packages in the last month!! I will never use them again!! Ups is much better at getting packages to their destinations.

I would give FedEx a - rating if I could. Paid for overnight shipping and was promised next afternoon delivery. Item finally delivered 5 days later and by then, total loss of need. Every time I have a critical delivery, FedEx has failed. No more. Never will use their service again.
