The driver refuses to take time to figure out where my package should be delivered. Twice I stay home waiting g for a critical medical shipment that requires signature and both times the driver cannot find my house. The first time he claims he didn’t know my apartment number which just happened to be on the label twice. The second time he picks a random neighbors door and takes a picture says I’m not home and does not deliver. This guy needs better training. Don’t use FedEx for any deliveries. They don’t deliver on time ever. I waited on one package for 10 days past delivery date and again 7 days past delivery date. Very poor service
