I missed a package at my house and it got left here.. it's setup for security.. push the button at the gate for office..
I previously drove for this station transfer from Memphis. The station can hold drivers accountable but allows loaders to load packages like this and expect drivers to deliver packages like this. I grew up fedex express and have always been taught if you wouldn't accept it at your door it does not get loaded it is sent to quality inspection. Twice in a row my package was delivered to the same wrong address - not even on my street. Luckily the resident looked me up and brought the package to me. What kind of delivery driver can't read addresses or find the correct street. I complained to the FedEx site, and complaint was dismissed. Very sad!
