Always on time
This company SUCKS. I ordered a car part. Was supposed to be delivered on a Monday. No updates. Then it showed it was sent to Iowa (6+hours in the opposite direction). They got it back to where I am, it was put on a truck and was supposed to be delivered today, and nothing. Updates went blank AGAIN, customer service is NONEXISTENT. I remember when FedEx was a good company but apparently those days are long gone.

Very nice and helpful
It has become very clear that FedEx has no integrity. I get days that I get packages just fine. I find on other days my package goes to a different house. I still have an outstanding package from October that everyone I talk to keeps passing the blame on.
