They lost a package, I had it to mark it returned and the company replaced it then mysteriously the original package showed up a week after the replacement which was 3 weeks after it was originally ordered and marked return. Calling does nothing due to all you talk to are foreigners or computers. The company that I placed my order with fulfilled their obligation by sending the order out, they had no control over the package getting lost and then mysteriously showing up.
I never received my bath & body work on the first of this month
Worst delivery service ever. My packages are constantly being left at the wrong address here in Goldsboro NC. I've recently filed a complaint with the BetterBusiness Bureau. Maybe corporate headquarters will see and do something about the service here in Greenville. I will not order anything if using FedEx ever.
I have never had a bad experience with FedEx until now. I was supposed to receive my order on the 22nd of June and when I check on the status of the order it says it's sitting in the Greenville facility it has been sitting there since the 22nd. Would somebody please deliver my order. Thank you
