Once again!....delivery person couldn't walk an EXTRA 10 FEET to put my food delivery box under the front porch!!!! They left it on my driveway AGAIN!!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH DUMBASS DRIVERS!!!
I cannot even get to a real person!!! I'd give 0 stars if I could on the whole phone experience! Never wanted to cuss more than dealing with this automated service. Even giving my tracking info like it asked wouldn't get me to a live person! My packages were delivered to the wrong building and the photo proves it! I happen to know someone that lives there and she brought my packages to me! Can you imagine what would have happened if she hadn't brought my packages? Been in my home for 15 years and Mike our regular delivery person ALWAYS puts our boxes on the covered front porch for which I am very grateful for! However, whenever he is out, a substitute takes over his route and is way too LAZY to walk an extra 10 feet to reach the front porch, leaving all of my packages on the driveway for all to see and steal!!
