This is the absolute WORST FedEx facility. They are completely unreliable. The drivers take it upon themselves when they want to make a delivery. The driver does not leave tags when there is no one available. There have been times when they claimed to attempt delivery and after checking cameras we discover no one ever came. Customer service is awful. You cannot speak directly to anyone at the Dayton location. Calls go overseas. Do not use FEDEX!
FedEx has a long-standing and well-documented history of losing packages, and my recent experience is just one of many. This particular FedEx delivery center is god awful. They keep losing packages that are sent to me. Either the drivers don’t know how to use GPS or they can’t read mail box numbers or street addresses. The Dayton facility needs to be restaffed with competent people. I never had this problem with the Trenton facility.
Needed to drop off some packages for eBay. No dropbox, but the man working at the gate was very friendly and helpful (June 16, around 2pm) - said he could take them. They were successfully scanned in a few hours later.
My mothers name is Fatima Dias, that is why the store manager or the delivery driver has a problem in delivering her medical device or the medical device is worth $1,000+
