Its known FEDEX is bad. but misleading tracking info is a bit much. Info said they would attempt final delivery & instead returned to shipper. Called customer service who said nothing can be done.
Tried filing a complaint on phone. They became disrespectful over the phone. They said a complaint would be useless. Then kept speaking over the call, unable to speak. What kind of joke is this?
