Needed something for a last minute work trip. I was able to arrange for it to be held at the station. I picked it up at 7 am. Work trip saved
When you get there it's very confusing where to get help.
Typically I love using FedEx, but after a recent issue with a package and not being able to talk to a human to resolve my issue, I would rather not use Fedex again.
I have had three recent orders through various companies. They have all shipped across the U.S. from different locations via FedEx. Not one of these packages that have shipped through FedEx has arrived on time with the initial delivery date given. There is always a delay for one reason or another. This company/organization cannot get things together and cause paying customers delays for product/s that are needed.
