A bit difficult to find and get into. Office personnel were very nice.
Delivery service that doesn't deliver. I beg every shipper to not ever use FedEx. So frustrating as we never, and I mean never, get our packages when FedEx tracking says we will. Many times not at all. I call the Spokane Ground manager and he "promises" they will find the missing and delays will not happen again. Lies. Terrible company at Spokand Ground except two female Coeur d Alene drivers. FedEx, do your job. Deliver.
They left notifications of attempt to deliver but didn't write any information. No one in the apartment complex knew who they were trying to deliver to. They made no further attempts and returned my package.
