I called July 25th to report this driver with plate number B67161W was speeding through my apartment complex parking lot and almost hit a child. They couldn't find the driver. Today got a call where they found the driver but all of the recording data prior to August 1st was deleted and he is the son of the sheriff. Way to cover up your negligence.

Drivers lie about attempted deliveries. I received a notice on wednesday it said the first attempt that the next day, i got a final notice attempt. Called to complain, and they told me he actually tried to deliver it 4 times. If the driver had attempted to deliver it 4 times, maybe he should have put a notice on my door the first 2 times. The first notice i got on wednesday said 1st attempt, which to me indicates that he, in fact, only tried to deliver it for the first time on wednesday.

Hey tell driver license plate B67161W to slow down in parking lots. Watched him almost hit a kid on a scooter because he's speeding through an apartment complex. Update: apparently it is too hard for them to find the driver with the license plate number, delivery location and time. Sounds like this company doesn't care.

I think they should stop hiring green or blue haired people who cannot read. Might be rude for some people but I literally have 3 or more times "out for delivery" and than "delivery exception" and back in hub. Happened multiple times with multiple packages. Just boomerang package company. Few times I took day off because was signature required and wasted day off and lost money.
