FedEx as a whole is fine. I usually don't have a problem with shipping things out or receiving things unless it's going through this Dover, Nj facility. The logistics team and drivers at this location are bottom grade at best.
My experience with FedEx is not one I would want to repeat, I wish vendors would find another delivery service where the workers are supposed to think about how they deliver someone’s goods, they could be fragile or food. The last time they delivered they dropped the item in front of my garage door so I could drive over it! I tried to post pic to show people but google does not work like that! Google gives access to the camera but not your photos stored on it.
Outstanding customer support. Very friendly employees.
