I would give them zero if I could. Driver drove up the drive, no notification he was there and I was in the house, he then drove off with my package. Tried to get them to let me meet the driver and that was impossible. No solution except to wait another day for their next driver too drive up and drive off. What a joke of a company.
They are awful ,unprofessional, incompetent actually, they are downright rude. I find them unprofessional and emotionally immature that, I believe they enjoy arguing their customers versus trying to come up with a solution to resolve the problem. Corporate has no control over the center and apparently neither doesn’t management at this hub. It appears to me they just don’t care. It is such a shame that this company has chosen to go away from express and towards ground. Another great company bites the dust due to terrible management and greed. This isn't why Fred Smith started the company. Shameful.
Once again thier driver mis delivered mybpa page to some other address and fed ex will not retrieve my package and redeliver it to me they are the worst delivery company
Friendly, helpful employees. Inconvenient to get in and out.
