FedEx driver dropped package along road in a rural area, found 15 ft. from mailbox down the road. This package was for an elderly disabled couple. When reported to FedEx, they did nothing, no apology, no statement that we will change delivery to front porch, no care for elderly or disabled. Only response was this complaint is closed. Do not use. Even USPS delivers packages to front porch in this rural area. UPS the same
Directions were spot on
Driver failed to make my delivery and was unable to follow simple instructions LITERALLY PRINTED ON THE LABEL and made a baseless assumption that my business had moved. Then when I drove 20 minutes to pick up my packages, the service counter was unmanned and I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come over. When they finally got there, they told me they couldn't look up my packages and I'd have to come back later because their power out. They said the power goes out somewhat frequently. There needs to be a negative stars option specifically for these clowns. Three consecutive days in a row their lying dirtbag drivers have refused to deliver my package. Even going so far as to mark my package as delivered - including forging my (incorrectly spelled) name on the tracking documents on the original expected delivery day.
