Had to go to local distribution center to track down my package. They were great. Driver that had my package for 3 days and would not deliver for invalid codes and or reasons, pretty much sucked. Why provide delivery days and hours if they won't be made?

Wish I could leave zero stars. Completely inept or intentionally misleading. We’ve had many bad experiences with FedEx out of Creamery Way. How can tracking say out for delivery, arriving by 8pm then at 5pm change to arrived at facility at 5:42 am? Or the driver will put in Unable to Deliver for no legitimate reason. They’ve also used Business Closed. We’re not a business. They’ve left packages out by the street. If I know in advance a seller uses FedEx I refuse to order from them. Terrible.
