Absolutely the worst company to have deliver your packages. We are at the point now that if a company is using FedEx, we will cancel our order and go somewhere else, even if it costs more. Our old driver was good but the one we have now is an outright liar. He will lie about anything to not deliver a package. Once he reported that the business was closed - we are a residential house. One time he could not deliver, even though he delivered to our neighbotrhood because of weather issue. It was 68 and sunny, no weather issue. I... read more

The delivery driver manager has road rage calling me 6:16a telling me my packages will be delivered. I spoke with 2 customer service support , they instructed my packages would be delivered by signing door tag I let her know. Then driver manager called back 7:25a ranting and raving saying she is not delivering my packages that there were no notations by customer support. I called customer support afterwards she saw previous C181 number and made another C181 number. I do not reccomend the driver manager as I believe a penalty... read more
