my package in a day late bc it sat and did nothing for 12 hours while these bums did nothing.... paid for it to be here faster.... terrible facility

Should be no stars!!!! The absolute worst!! Twice in a month the driver has kept my package literally took a picture of the shipping label only and marked it as delivered but didn't on one and the other just never delivered - status says your driver Michell missed delivery but no worries your package will be on its way next business day.. That came and went 8days ago and CS won't do anything because, there is a 10day grace period before you can file a claim to have it investigated!!!

I had two packages that were shipped together, one got delivered on time the other sat in a truck for 3 days in Kansas then got send to Georgia. What is going on and why are you sending a package out of the state it’s supposed to be delivered to? This is not the first time this has happened. Don’t bother calling because the bot that answers isn’t any help, can’t even find the CORRECT hours to pick up my stuff myself. Yall are worse than ups and usps.
