Absolutely horrible! The driver for a signed package tried to deliver the package to my neighbor 3 ties because he doesn’t know the difference between an 08 and a 10. Now the package is getting sent back to the sender. Useless!
The Vienna team shocks me at how incredibly difficult they are to work with. If I acted like one of the delivery guys I have seen on more than one occasion, I wouldn’t have a job. Very poor customer service. If I could pay more to have my online orders from Home Depot shipped with another carrier, I would.
