i came to write a review on my package but it seems like i am not only one here facing this issue. Very poor delivery experience with FedEx. I contacted customer support multiple times to update my address, yet my packages were still returned to the shipper. Can I tell you this locations drivers have stolen my Packages TWICE! The last time I threatened to call the police and then they told the driver and he brought it back a week later. The police told me they get complaints from those locations all the time and that they know the drivers are STEALING the packages and when you keep calling and hound the customer Service number (if you can call it that) then there is a chance it will get back to the driver and they will bring your package back to you. Lost my package.
Repeatly deliver package to wrong address. FedEx customer support is totally useless. As long as driver takes a picture showing package somewhere they close ticket as resolved and completed. Doesn't matter to FedEx it was to wrong address and recipient. Worse company ever, ashame because I can remember when the company was created years ago it was a world class company.
