Good luck getting your package.
Worthless service!!! Suppose to receive a very important package on a specific day. Business was open all day with 2 front doors accessible from 9:30am to 10pm. Driver claimed he arrived at 2:46pm when 11 employees were working at the location and left a door tag saying we missed you. He didn’t ever try to open the doors! Now I have to wait 4 days because it’s Memorial Day weekend and there is no way they allow me to pickup any earlier. Worthless customer service ever!
This FedEx location needs to be shut down. Do your best to avoid any of your packages passing through this location. They are blatant liars, and thieves. They have lied about attempting a delivery twice now. They covered the camera lens, and posted a black square to show a delivery attempt. A signature is required for this package. 2 days in a row we waited, and nobody showed up to our house. Customer service is useless.
