I Called the office today because the package I sent was already late one day for being delivered on Thursday and it was 3:00 in the afternoon on Friday and my customer called and said he hasn’t received the pkg yet! So I worked my way up the chain and talked to a “manager”. Extremely disappointing. NEVER trust FedEx with time-sensitive deliveries 1 STAR — I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I paid HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS for FedEx OVERNIGHT shipping to send my wife’s breast milk. This was an extremely time-sensitive shipment where the delivery date mattered. FedEx completely failed to deliver the service I paid for. What was supposed to be an overnight delivery took nearly HALF A WEEK, and the shipment still did not arrive as promised. Never on time with delivery. Lies about customer not being home. Refuse to call customer when they can’t enter building for delivery. I don’t know how they’re still in business. Just horrible delivery and customer service.

This has to be the worst experience I ever had dealing with a delivery service I been waiting for my package since the 11 it's now the 18th also my package was on the truck now they're telling my they can't find it after reading the reviews I see I'm not the only one having this issue this suppose to be a company we trust an yet they have ppl stealing from us within the cooperation an nothing is done about it I've been calling everyday an nothing is being done sooo much for being a valued customer I'm past disappointed I nev... read more
