package was not delivered again driver can't read house numbers delivered to wrong place numerous times

Package arrived safe with no damage. Driver was very friendly .
Cannot follow directions to leave package at the door. I have a weight restriction and I had to call someone else to get the package and bring it in for me. Second offense!!
