This is the worst location ever. If i could give zero stars i would. I have yet again had a package stolen by this location. In december, it was multiple gifts for my daughter that went missing. This time, it is a bed frame for my daughter. They like to mark packages as "out for delivery" and then never deliver them. They have their locations phone number hidden so that you cannot get ahold of an actual person. Best experience ever! The entire front office staff was outstanding. Heather, Antonio, and Tamra (I hope I spelled that correctly!) went above and beyond to help me locate a package. They made calls, searched thoroughly, and never acted like it was an inconvenience. Great customer service is so hard to find these days, but not here. Everyone was genuinely helpful, professional, and polite from start to finish. They truly went the extra mile, and I highly recommend them!
SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN. THE DRIVERS ARE INCOMPETENT.
Had a folding table delivered today with no issues, however delivery driver not paying attention, I assume, managed to take a driveway light pole out. What are the chances of FedEx paying for a replacement. Note: no other vehicle of this size has been in the driveway today. Before you ask, yes the light pole was vertical and functional before delivery. FedEx thanks in advance.
Absolute worst delivery service I've ever had to deal with. Ever sense I've moved down here the drivers REPEATEDLY will try to deliver to a wrong house. These drivers don't care or can't read mail box numbers. If you have anything coming from them expect to not see it the first day they try to deliver. Worst shipping service ever.
