FedEx Ground in Midland Ga is absolutely terrible. The drivers consistently deliver to the wrong address. When you put in a trouble ticket right away (which is what I do), the driver never goes back to get the package. The customer service rep assures me that the driver will go back and get the package and guarantee it will be delivered. Unfortunately the customer service rep is overseas, so they are only saying what you want to hear. I have never seen a place not care at all.

I'd give zero stars if it would let me. I have been waiting on a package to be delivered since Saturday. I'm a business, have been open everyday till at least 8pm. Amazingly at 730pm for the past 2 days I get a delivery exception, as I watch them drive by the store and get on I185. Fed Ex sucks, the Midland GA site is horrible and they do nothing. Now I understand how they lost Tom Hanks on an island, they can't deliver anything on time in one piece.

In the past two months, service has gone downhill quickly. Two weeks ago, we had a package delivered at 8:50pm. Our chewy box was not delivered starting it had to be signed, but not according to Chewy's. For the past two days, I've had a box out for delivery,but have seen anything yet. What is going on?
