Great lady who helped me find my package. A rare find in fedex these days.
They have had my package now since Dec 6th, 2025, today is Dec 11th. Still have not received package. Filed complaints, they closed them within 24 hrs without a resolution or answer to complaint. FedEx refuses to give address so that I can go pick up my package.
LIES!!!!! The driver never delivered my package. Someone was here all day and I checked my cameras….No FedEx truck. The driver never pulled up or even in the driveway. FedEx do better!!!
This is the black hole for packages. I get the tracking number and it will tell me it is on the truck for delivery today for like 4 days straight. It will even say they tried to deliver it but no one was at home. That's a lie, no one ever tried to deliver it and my front door camera proves it. FedEx needs to get it together
