Absolute garbage. Packages I need for work have been there ten days. Lying about attempts to deliver not being completed due to business being closed/customer unavailable despite business hours being 7am-3pm at minimum 364 days a year. Ship with someone else if your stuff is gonna go through this hub. They pay their staff $27K/year and this is what you get when you try to cut corners and make a ton of money. Service suffers. Idk about this location but Corey drops off our packages at work and he’s amazing!! Very hard working, super efficient, always friendly and in a good mood. Yall need more workers like him, he makes your company look great!
Day 4 of delivery exceptions because yall failed to hand off to usps like yall should have since I live on a military base…medical equipment that I can’t place a hold on bc your customer service won’t allow it. Idk why you have persistently given my package to the same guy who cannot get on the base to deliver.
My package been sitting here for a week and every day it say it going to be delivered
