After telling the driver to turn around IN MY DRIVEWAY, which had more than ample, mud free, SurePak covered space, he chose to drive directly onto my lawn. The truck’s front tires sunk in more than 10”, as he went back and forth several times, DESTROYING MY LAWN!!! I have a video, that I was unable to post.

Absolutely the worst delivery service out there! I waited all day for two important packages to be delivered only to have the driver never get out of his vehicle and drive away with me standing right there. He even made eye contact. Then the updated tracking says "The delivery of your package has been rescheduled based on your shipment instructions for the carrier. West Chesterfield, NH US" What?! The West Chesterfield, NH FedEx location has employees that do not deliver to the intended address. Twice now they have delivered our packages to a bunch of mailboxes a half mile from our home. Last month, I found in a snowbank on the side of our road a very heavy package that was meant for the neighbor just across the road. I had to get a hand truck to move the package to his door. Not a good experience. Why does an item shipped overnight take now over 3 days & counting to bring to a pickup location (same town) after requesting the change following a failed delivery attempt? I'm starting to ask sellers who they use for shipping because I don't want FedEx when something needs to be signed for. It's ridiculous! I'm waiting on this package to ship my old item out.
