Can't deliver the package to the correct address repeatedly.
It would be nice if they checked the address before leaving the package. I have lost so many deliverys, they leave them next door ,and the neighbors keep them. My address number is in 2 different places on my house. For a good shock,l got my neighbors today, l gave it to them.
They said my package was on the truck ready to be delivered by 7:30, but just said it won’t be delivered due to weather…. It’s 45 degrees With a very light rain… horrible company .
Find a different company to handle your deliveries. I have had 2 packages either delivered to the wrong address or not delivered at all. No communication. Only option is to call overseas call center where you are rushed off the phone with no answers. I’ve never had issues like this with deliveries. I’d give 0 out of 5 stars if I could.
Tired of having to retrieve my packages because one of the drivers can not read!
