I wouldnt even leav a one star but it won' give me a lower option. They are always delivering to the wrong addresses in the west fork area. I'm expecting a package today and they showed up but didn't leave my package, instead they left one for someone who lives over a half mile away.

There is something shady going on at this FedEx location. My package never got delivered. The tracking number on it has said “out for delivery” for over 3 weeks. I contacted customer service and asked them to help me track it down, and the “solution” they gave me was to request a refund from the merchant. There was no effort to track down my package. Wish I could leave zero stars. Got a message that my package wasn’t delivered because the address was incorrect. Address was absolutely correct. Now it’s been 4 days and still nothing. I requested to pick up the item at a location but a day later and that request is still supposedly processing. What a joke.
