Would not deliver a package had to drive over a hour then they claimed it was on a truck but come to find out it was there the whole time
Came to pick up a package and took 45 mins. Edna who delivered my package was a top notch customer specialist and I know she did her best but the team needs to probably look at a way to fast track this process overall.
0 stars should be an option. Placed 3 orders with 3 different vendors on 2/25/26. All 3 were misdelivered to different addresses different days. 2 of the delivery photos show packages on porches not mine. One shows 2 tires. I didn't order tires. Another shows a large tall box. Items ordered would fit in your hand. I will be getting refunds but now I need to find and reorder the items and spend more time. Driver delivered my package to the wrong address, so I called the FedEx number. After an infuriating 10 minutes trying to get the automated system to get me through to a live person, I was finally transferred to someone who sounded like they were from Bangladesh. I gave him my tracking # and my delivery address, WHICH WAS ON THEIR EMAIL, and he would not tell me where it was delivered to. I asked him to contact the Lowell office to have the delivery driver. Averages on 1 lost delivery a month. Abandons packages under stairs or at different apartments. Tim and Brianna have not fixed it.
