Took almost 30 minutes to bring me my package. Whole set up for package pickup is a waste of our time and money. Should look into redoing the set up because this is not it. And I wasn’t even there as long as other people!
$350 package of parts delivered somewhere that's not my address and was not my front door with absolutely no explanation or fix. I didn't have a choice of shipping carrier due to it being free but I will never willfully use and pay for fed ex Lowell.
Pretty sure i had a driver from this facility did a hit and run on my house
