0/5 if I could! I live in a highrise building that has been having problems with drug addicts around it. Instead of delivering my tire to my apartment, they leave it in the lobby. I don't live IN the lobby! They don't care if my package gets stolen! They don't care about your package. They half ass it and call it a day. I had better experiences from drivers from Reading! This company is impossible to get a hold of a live person. They use a new system that understands what you are saying but in reality it doesn’t! Sadly we had a package that needed to be signed for. We all were at work and I get a text message saying signed by me when I wasn’t even home and nobody in my household was. Not to mention I have it set up to deliver after 4pm. Drivers have no common sense! They leave packages along side the road, out in the rain or in full view of the road - even tho I have left delivery instructions as to where packages are to be left.

Svc from this Hub Sucks! Ordered new tires for my motorcycle. 4 days straight, it reads out for delivery...and Nothing! The warehouse is 30 minutes from my house and they won't let me pick the items up. I don't understand!
