I rented a Post Office box specifically because this particular Post Office accepts carrier packages. Fedex refuses to deliver even though the Post office will accept packages. My last package has been lost for three days because the delivery driver was too lazy to walk inside the Post office to find out they can deliver there.

What do you call someone who repeatedly gives instructions for the sixth time about delivering a package that requires a signature after 3 PM, yet insists on delivering it in the morning? I will not ship anything with FedEx. I will use UPS instead, as it is the best option! I will get my money back and have my item delivered by a different carrier. Meanwhile, you continue to lose customers with this approach.

I watched a delivery driver drive up to my house, sit there for a short time, and then drive off without attempting to deliver anything. Later, I find that my tracking for a delivery that day was updated to state, "we tried to deliver to your address and were unsuccessful." Not even leaving the truck is not making an attempt at all. I sat and watched as the driver pulled up, went to the back, then got back in the drivers seat and drove off. The delivery driver out of Evansville, IN. JEREMY SCHOULTZ should be fired!!! He not only doesn’t care about delivering to the correct address, but will go out of his way to delay a package intentionally.
