Package was supposed to be delivered two days ago. Kept getting updates saying out for delivery then by the end of the day they had updated it to the next day. Ok, I figure it was something to do with the size of the package because it was four mud tires being delivered. Next day, same thing. Out for delivery between 10am-2pm I called customer service at 5pm they told me it was out for delivery. 9:30 pm fedex shows up at the neighbors house so I go and talk to the guy to see if my tires are on the truck. Worst delivery service in the US. Customer service is always a call center that gives me the same information every time I call.
Fed-ex is a terrible company with terrible customer service. If the shipper doesn't use the correct service then you can't even talk to a supervisor because it's against company policy. Every company policy is for their benefit and has nothing to do with customer service. So much for the customer coming first. Oh, and the drivers are either poorly trained, incompetent, lazy, or all three. 2 days in a row they claimed they couldn't find my house because there was a problem with my address but funny they had no trouble finding... read more
The delivery driver claimed to have attempted to deliver my package that supposedly needed a signature 3 different times but myself or my husband were home all 3 times and in the pictures they uploaded of my house you can see our vehicles in the background but the pictures were taken at the end of my driveway. If a package needs my signature, they’re obviously not going to find anyone to sign for the package at the end of the driveway!! I’ve called countless times with no response. This is how they left three mirrors and my yard after a delivery. Very disappointing and my mirrors are broken.
