My package showed delivered Friday. Our cameras show the fedex truck at our house but he never leaves a package. They said it was signed for by BCrooks which is not a name of anyone that lives here or neighbors. Then on monday it shows the same package and tracking number is now changed to out for delivery, still no delivery and its Wednesday. Called customer service, no help at all.
Well fed ex another 1 star review and everyone is saying the exact same thing so it can't be wrong when everyone you do business with is saying and complaining about the same thing. I'm waiting on an order of just 2 tires that was suppose to be delivered on Jan.29th-30th well here we are almost 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting on delivery. They tell me I can't pick em up and when I track them it says same thing everyday " on vehicle out for delivery between 11:20-3:20" and it's been on a truck in Evansville I literally li... read more
Package delivered to wrong address...AGAIN! It's a crap shoot if you will even get your package with fed ex.
