Without a doubt, the absolute worst service on the face of the Earth. Driver leaves our letters (always documents) outside the door and walks away. This is a business. They have been stolen & destroyed by weather. You can't talk to anyone in this city, state or even country. They are such cowards that they hide behind their phone system and let people in other countries to deal with it. We are telling our vendors to use another company. I'd trust a guy with an oxcart over FedEx.

When your package you have been waiting for that was suppose to be here Saturday keeps getting shipped everywhere else but where it was supose to, I wish company’s would stop using them they are the worst. FedEx #fedexsucks. Side note it’s 55 pounds and least 4 ft 11inches tall how do they loose it. Oh I know they’re lazy.

After this time ordering something and coming fed ex ground I will never order something again if it is fed ex. My order has been delayed twice now for them destroying the barcode on the package. It was supposed to be delivered Friday and now it is going on Monday and it is delayed again.

Delivery was dropped at an address that is not mine or recognizable to me. Customer Support is a total joke. Fedex drivers are a joke and thieves. UPDATE: Package still stolen, shipper contacted and was denied a claim because driver said it was delivered. It was certainly not and police report has been filed.
