Why FedEx ground refuses to make any actual attempt at delivering their packages that require signatures is beyond me. I was literally waiting by my door, I live in a small apartment and had someone knocked, I would’ve assuredly heard them. Instead, I get an attempted delivery notification and a hassle runaround at attempting to have it sent to a location so I can grab it myself. I don’t get it? Absolutely ridiculous. Package has been delayed not 1 but 2 days with the excuse of delayed due to weather.When theres been no bad weather in our area. Called the complaint department and the gentleman immediately hung up on me.And now it won't let me use my phone number as a callback number.So I can't even find out how to fix this. I needed this package by saturday before I leave on vacation.
Fedex says they can't make it down my road and there is no where to turn around. That's total bs. Never had a problem until they started sending a new driver. Who delivered 2 different orders to wrong address. Now they can't make it down here. Been waiting on package for 3 days. Last package was late 5 days. And they wanted me to pick up at Dollar General. I think they just need to hire people that know how to drive. Amazon made it down here just fine today and turned around. But FedEx can't. 🤨 Trash guy also makes it down ... read more
Ordered my 3D printer and took a day off work to receive the package because it said it needed a signature. It was supposed to arrive 11:30-3:30pm. The package departed the facility at 6am. I live 34 minutes from the facility. I checked for notifications all day waiting for an update. Mind you they close at 4:30pm. I get a notification on my app at 5:37pm saying my package was undeliverable due to dangerous weather. UNACCEPTABLE DELIVERY... package on truck 2 days in a row..back to hub due to Bad Weather??? We had sunshine the past 2 days. Package prior to this one..same thing and we DID NOT have Bad weather that time either.. Called..reason for call: "Driver Complaint". Got a call back the followingmorning at 8am..I told the lady that my package will be delivered or I was going to higher up in management to file a complaint against their hub and the driver. Wow..within an hour and half, my first package arrived..
