This is outrageous! They didn't even deliver the goods, just left, and then showed an incorrect address on the system. You guys are liars!
Delivered on a timely matter with a picture of where they put it.
FedEx, South Bend is the absolute worst. Packages arrive on their end and never are delivered which is their entire job. No updates for days, you can't contact them directly, and when you try, you end up talking to call centers who literally refuse to transfer you to an escalation team. They are completely useless. I eventually got in touch with someone from escalations who contacted the station. The station then called me and said they "found" my package which they said they had to put a new label on it. Why FedEx ground refuses to make any actual attempt at delivering their packages that require signatures is beyond me. I was literally waiting by my door, I live in a small apartment and had someone knocked, I would’ve assuredly heard them. Instead, I get an attempted delivery notification and a hassle runaround at attempting to have it sent to a location so I can grab it myself. I don’t get it?
