Was there this morning for an interview with Gateway Distribution...my interview was for 8:30am...their were 2 other individuals that were also there for interviews...i tried getting one of the gaurds at the gaurd shack to help however they didnt seem to want anything to to with me i believe because i was white...the 2 other individuals were black and they had no problem at all...i noticed that all the guards were black except one Hispanic lady and you know who they'll favor...so after standing there for roughly 20mins i sai... read more
This terminal close too early, people cannot pick up packages after work. Customer service sucks.
WOW, fedex South Bend must be trying for worst terminal in the organization. No company can be this horrific unless it is intentional. Where is corporate in reviewing this location? These absolutely abysmal reviews go back over five years. As I read the reviews, the only comfort I take is the fact that my two packages were delivered To some random location that I don’t recognize the picture and I’ve been working five days with their supposed customer service to locate the packages is; it is not me. I did not choose to use FedEx nor would I ever, but I purchased something from Dick’s Sporting Goods and they use FedEx. Expensive packages never showed up at the house. They provided a picture of some random purple door claiming it was delivered. I have no idea where that door is or where the packages were left. I have been working for five days with FedEx to try to recoup the packages or get some form of satisfaction. Absolutely none from this South Bend terminal, has to be the worst in the country.
