Awful service
Fedex in Durham seems to be unable to deliver packages to Chico addresses. Avoid at all costs
2 days the driver came before 7a while everyone was asleep and did not call to have us come out to sign for the package. This is ridiculous. When I called to say we are home and bring it by as that was insane to do what they did. The 800 number rep said they have no way to contact drivers. When I stated I have personally witnessed the boss contact drivers while receiving deliveries he didn't have a response.
