Weather delay still from Jan 6th and don't seem to be able to deliver but ups and amazon can get it delivered!! Horrible service... 1/17 still have not received any of my packages but ups was just here.. I wish I could pick because I would never use fed x again ever..... By far the most incompetently managed fedex terminal I have ever had the misfortune of working out of.
This delivery service is an absolute joke. How is this company still in business? I'm at a point when I see FedEx is the delivery service, I automatically know it's a) not arriving on time b) not being delivered to my address c) packaging will be destroyed Is it a requirement to be incompetent in order to work for this delivery service (I use this term loosely)? Take notes from Amazon or UPS. FEDEX IS TRASH!!!!!
The last four things I have ordered have been either 3 to 4 days late or delivered to the wrong house I'll be contacting companies to make sure they're not using FedEx before ordering from now on
So often if I am expecting a package and it's coming through the Sauget IL branch it never shows up for the lamest reasons. I've been waiting on delivery of a package now that's been sitting there a week related to what they stated was "an incomplete address." I've called and confirmed address at least 5 times, not to mention this branch has delivered to the address they have on file countless times without a problem. 🙄
