I cannot even hit one star. I live in Greenwood MS and they get away with horrible service. Don’t the fedex executives notice, all the complaints. This has been going on for years for me and i cannot find anyone to report too!! I tell everyone do not us fedex. I might drive to memphis and see if I can’t talk to someone about how frustrated I am with the Leland hub. Does fedex not care anymore. Do not use FEDEX
