This is for fedex in general. They leave the packages wherever they want. I have to walk all over the neighborhood to find my package. No help from customer service. The house numbers are clearly marked. I guess if they can’t read numbers maybe they should get a different job.

Your ground pick up website doesn't work and your automated phone system doesn't work. You have to go through the entire automated phone process before you can speak to a representative and then you get to repeat the everything with a person. This is not efficient.
