I had place my first order with HelloFresh, I was under the impression that it was guaranteed next day delivery. So when I placed my order on Tuesday it said would be there for Thursday. Come Thursday morning it said it was out for delivery was so excited. Now come 3:41 it said my package will be delayed due to weather conditions. I work in South Burlington so I know that was a lie. Do not use FedEx they don't deliver my packages I get my diabetic supplies sent to me the company that I get the supplies from uses FedEx I have had to call the supply company three times because my supplies were left somewhere else.I can't be waiting for my supplies like this other times they have left deliveries in my recycling boxes to be taken to the trash also left behind a tire of a parked car near my driveway not on my porch as asked.I get my dog food sent to me they leave it two hundred feet from my house in the rain... read more
I have been at the same address for almost 20 years. Today, 9-18-2025, I had two packages both with my name and address on them delivered to TWO DIFFERENT addresses on the adjacent street. This has been an on going issue. My street is clearing marked with a big green sign. Pure incompetence and laziness.
Cool place .
Good FedEx drop off location. Plenty of parking. Staff is efficient.
