Driver never showed and said no one was home. I was definitely sitting next to the window the entire time watching for him. I watched him drive around on the map for hours past the delivery time. I called and a rude woman with a thick accent told me there was “an operations facility emergency and they called all the drivers back.” After he drove around for hours?… supposedly I can pick up at a random dollar general but I’m not counting on receiving my package. UPS isn’t great but I’ve never had to deal with this with them.

Oh my. Reading these other comments about FedEx is a disturbing trend. I had a package delivered at 09:45 and the same thing happened to me. My package was left at the end of my driveway and ripped open. Nice to see they care about other peoples stuff. Then for the driver to speed off out of my neighborhood. Is it normal for the workers to have non FedEx employees in the vehicle with them? They have great customer care and service. I have not checked the inside but the way it was flipped I am pretty sure something is damaged... read more

Super aggravating the number of times I have to deal with lost packages that never make it past this hub. Not only that, but my claims are almost always denied causing us thousands a year in product loss, and not to mention the ticked off customers I have to deal with. Do better!
