HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY RUDE STAFF! Over the phone and in person, I was so disappointed & will never bring my business back to this location.
I had a horrible experience with this location. I was dealing with Darleen and Kathy to get a 1500 pound delivery to the gym I work for 20 minutes from their facility. The first day FEDEX came without alerting me (they’re supposed to give a heads up). The delivery guy arrived and wouldn’t unload our delivery nor did he have the means to allow myself and my staff to hop on the truck and take apart the load (bundles of metal beams) up on their truck without a ramp.
