Holding my package hostage for over two weeks, because a systematic error changed my address from **** Dr, to **** Ln, tried calling twice and spoke with customer service two separate times as well as sending an email and was told the first time the package would be sent immediately, and the second time I was told it was up to the shipper to change it. So I guess my package is just going to sit at that facility forever.

I was told my package would be delivered today. but, Fedex delivered it to the wrong pickup & delivery place at 9:30 this morning. It is now 3:30, don't you think you have had enough time to get it delivered to me, when the places are both in Ladson, SC ????????????????????? Both places are .05 miles from my home. why can't they deliver it today. USPS sucks & Fedex is begining to get just like them. If they can't read where it is supposed to go, they better go back to school to learn how to read.
