Would give a 0 or a negative. 2 packages now say delivered. No photo proof. The 800 number is a joke says there is no supervisor to talk to. Keep saying contact shipper well the one of shipper says contact your job. Well this is not a problem with my job who provided me with funds for scrubs and a gift for my service. Its a fedex problem and they need to reimburse the shipper ASAP. No one should use fedex its a joke.
#Edit Dec 2025 - delivery placement improved, with responsive follow up.# Faithfully put packages in driveway just outside our garage door so we run over them. And where packages cannot be seen from any of our house's 28 windows or doors. Quite a feat when you think about it!
First off, the amount of reviews about FedEx GROUND here is unbelievable. I've worked with this FedEx FREIGHT Terminal for years, they have always been a pleasure to work with. Great people, great service. I had a hot shipment that was mistakenly never scheduled. Called in at 415 to get a pickup done by 5, or as close as we could get. Michelle took the call, called driver and called me back to let me know driver could get today. HUGE THANKS for making that happen.
Used to be a great dependable company. Now, you can’t trust anything on the tracking site. Told me for 2 days my package would be here today. Package had not even arrived in my City. So no need to track the delivery. Just know it will get there when it gets there
I had an order with 2 packages and 2 tracking numbers. One package was dropped off. I saw the driver run back to the truck. I checked the other tracking number and it updated as delayed at the same time the one package updated as delivered. I needed that other package. I paid for 2 day delivery. I did not get it. I needed that other package. Not having it is putting me behind on a project and costing me money.
