Horrible service. Called the 1-800 number, they told me to drop off my ground package here. Got there.Filled out the forms they requested. Waited for an hour and a half. 1-1/2 hrs. Then they told me it was the wrong form. It may cost more. Extremely frustrating experience.
Horrible customer service. Talked to the 1-800 number and was told to take the item there for FedEx ground. Got there. Filled out the forms. Waited an hour and a half. Someone finally came out and said it was the wrong form. Wanted to charge more. I’ve been there for an hour and a half waiting on them. It’s like a Doctors Office. Go somewhere else. This place is horrible.
No good place for pick up it takes all day for them to make paperwork . super slow desk(office )employee
