Delivery placed a package to block access to my mailbox. Private companies committing felonies against USPS is unacceptable.
Awesome work atmosphere...
Failed to show up to deliver my package. Promise me a call back, which never happened. I called FedEx ground because FedEx freight is closed on the weekend and they would not talk to me. The supervisor would not talk to me and they told me I had to call back on Monday - Well, I was supposed to leave with this freight on Sunday for an appointment Monday morning. I was absolutely appalled by their lack of communication their unwillingness of management to talk to me so they have lost a customer
