Missed a call from them. Called back 10 mins later to hear that they couldn't deliver my package because the time frame had already passed but they could deliver it tomorrow (now today) between 12-4PM. With no other option, I agreed. Waited all day for no package. Called them back to be told they didn't even have it yet and it won't be delivered until tomorrow. Horrible customer service.
