Go to office to check in. Park in the open area to the left of the guard shack. Drop your trailer in a empty spot. Pick up your empty and go. Fast in and out

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. You can't get a human being on the phone and their tracking has failed. Never use FEDEX!!!
