This is the second time in two days that they have said Customer not available. The driver sat in the driveway yesterday but never got out to deliver the package. Then I get these notifications. We live in the country so we get drivers that get lost but to know that this was my package and the driver just didn't look for anyone gets me heated.
My daughter has been told for 2 straight days they would get it that day No delivery They are liars Do not let a shipper to use FedEx ID at all possible They do not care about the customer It's a needed prescription for her daughter I'm contacting my very aggressive attorney
horrible service, 3 days back to back rescheduled and still no delivery, sign for package and no phone call to me to notify me the driver was on the way
