Lied about delivery on a controlled medication. Left "priority overnight shipping" packages here for 13+ days. Never responds to enquiries
Id give negative stars if I could. Packages always "delayed" now they are "lost". Last point of contact is always this facility. This is ridiculous. Bright sunshine beautiful days. But "weather" makes it delayed. Its a joke if ive ever heard one.
Why has this hub not been shut down. Everytime my packages go through this south chesterfeild, VA location, my stuff gets lost. Fedex fix your problem
FedEx freight call support has got to be the most useless people to exist on this planet
On two occasions, Friday and Saturday, I received messages that the FedEx driver was delivering my package, which required a signature. I was at home both days and received a message from FedEx that they were unable to deliver because no one was home to sign for it. They went so far as to take a picture of the FedEx tag and post it, which was not on my door! Neither of the tags were readable. FedEx is a terrible delivery service.!
