The fact it took 10 days for me to receive it and I had to drive to 1645 Ashton Park Dr South Chesterfield Va 23834 to pick up the package. It was uncalled for. I was told several times that the package was unable to be found. According to the tracking it arrived at this facility on 8/15/2025 at 10:29 P.M. When a ticket was made on matter it was purposely closed due to the fact that no one wanted to take responsibility on locating the package. Two packages are currently lost at this location with no updates except they arrived there and they are delayed. I am only 30 minutes away and there is no way to go there and pick them up. These were very expensive items and I am unsure how I will get them. I am filing a complaint for fraud with the Better Business Bureau

Been waiting a whole month nothing has been delivered they told me to open a case with Best Buy & still after weeks of no response no nothing I legit lost 1k hoping I’ll get my laptop I really need for work & now I have to spend another 1k for a laptop that I really need at the moment for work

I ordered 2 things at the same time from Amazon. One item arrived on 7/21 but here we are more than 2 weeks later and the other item has not arrived. At least 8 times it will report that it is in the truck on its way but has not come. I really don't understand what is going on but I'm not happy about it. From the looks of the other reviews they have been stealing and/or with holding packages.
