My dispatcher gave me the wrong address which is easy to do since Fed Ex has multiple entities. Someone at the Air Cargo Way location directed me to the Opus facility because my BOL indicated Fed Ex Freight Priority. Zack was very helpful with my freight drop off transaction. He is friendly, conscientious, understanding, patient and has a strong work ethic. He deserves recognition and a pay increase!
