This facility is the worst ive had packages out for delivery several days in a row and the keep taking them back to Madison al for delivery the next day I need my stuff I paid for shipping and they don't delivery and when I call they said I can come pick them up myself like wth their a hour from me I shouldn't have to waist my gas after I paid shipping just deliver the damn packages. They shouldn't be out for delivery for a week before I get them thats ridiculous poor customer service and delivery service
Delivery drivers need to SLOW DOWN. Putting children's lives at risk😡
I always pick up my pallets here and they very quick with the pickup
FedEx driver didn’t bother to drive down our driveway to deliver a package which had plenty of turnaround room. We receive packages from ups all the time that deliver straight to our house and not the mailbox down the road. Literally placed the package behind our mailbox and drove off.
Apparently, no body works at FedEx on the weekends. I spent most of last week getting a third-party account number that doesn't work. No body answers the phone!!
