From mud puddles , to throwing it down a handicap ramp there's no end to how my packages are treated by this company. False emails tell you your package will be there Track it and it just disappears in front of your eyes , then get another telling you it couldn't be delivered. I have kept all emails and recordings from FedEx, an they truly don't care.I know it's just me ,but if it's shipped FedEx I will not buy it from that retailer.

This facility is the worst ive had packages out for delivery several days in a row and the keep taking them back to Madison al for delivery the next day I need my stuff I paid for shipping and they don't delivery and when I call they said I can come pick them up myself like wth their a hour from me I shouldn't have to waist my gas after I paid shipping just deliver the damn packages. They shouldn't be out for delivery for a week before I get them thats ridiculous poor customer service and delivery service

FedEx driver didn’t bother to drive down our driveway to deliver a package which had plenty of turnaround room. We receive packages from ups all the time that deliver straight to our house and not the mailbox down the road. Literally placed the package behind our mailbox and drove off.
