Every single time something I order comes through this facility...SOMETHING goes wrong. Literally every single time....without fail...or I guess WITH fail depending how you look at it. I don't understand why it's so hard. It can't be that difficult and I'll NEVER get an explanation. You people suck at your job.
Your lucky if you get it at all. I just had a replacement package delivered for a packaged they say was delivered and I still have no packages. So frustrating!
Whenever I have something from FedEx that has to pass through Harrison, AR, it NEVER arrives when scheduled. Oh, it makes it to Harrison from its previous stop, but it inevitably will not get updated on the day it was supposed to be delivered. Do they have a help problem? I wonder… It is as predictable as it gets - don’t plan on what they say. They over-commit and under-provide always. When USPS is more reliable than FedEx, you know they suck. Do yourself a favor: use UPS.

I work here the people are mostly friendly. It isn't a place you can drop stuff off or pick things up.
