Shipped a pallet via flat rate freight for a customer based in Columbus. Pallet was dropped off at origin terminal. Called and recieved email confermation from Amy Chateau for customer pickup at terminal. Was hit with $432 in false charges. (216 residential pickup / 216 LTD acces delivery) proof of delivery signed off by Amy Chateau with proof of customer pick up at the destination terminal. Freight even had large labels with hold at destination terminal. First time this has happened to me on a shipment. Unbelievable.
