They never deliver to your door, I'm on a third floor and always have to walk the neighborhood to find where they leave packages underneath the 1st floor stairs. Worst delivery company. Amazon is so much better
Great people, ship alot of freight and this fedex dock is #1! Always there to help, on time, and never any damage!
Terrible delivery service. They constantly deliver to the back of my property on a different street that I never go to rather than deliver to my front porch. I even have "deliver to front porch" built into the address of the package sent and it makes no difference. Why even bother delivery? Might as well just toss it in the street. I avoid them if at all possible.
