Awful awful company. They accepted my pallet packaged when they should not have due to lack of equipment for a freaking FREIGHT COMPANY. They lied to us by saying they would have a forklift ready to unload our crate at our residential home which they were already paid to do. The day that the pallet was supposed to be delivered they called us and told us that we had 2 choices, either provide a forklift OURSELVES to unload the pallet upon delivery OR to go to their location and pick the pallet up ourselves. The lady in the office was annoyed when I showed up with a pallet. I gave her my companies account number, and she told me that our account was on hold. I called and verified that this was not the case. My company ships several full 28' fed ex trailers a day. This lady was being a lazy jerk and didn't want to help me.
