If I could leave 1 Star I would. FedEx freight has destroyed every package that I have received in the past year. I have no idea why shippers use them. This time they dropped my new Yodder 640. This thing is 700lbs and strapped to a wide pallet for stability and they still managed to ruin it.
Awful awful company. They accepted my pallet packaged when they should not have due to lack of equipment for a freaking FREIGHT COMPANY. They lied to us by saying they would have a forklift ready to unload our crate at our residential home which they were already paid to do. The day that the pallet was supposed to be delivered they called us and told us that we had 2 choices, either provide a forklift OURSELVES to unload the pallet upon delivery OR to go to their location and pick the pallet up ourselves.
