Drivers lie and say you weren’t home when all they do is speed down the street with no regards to children, while holding your package hostage! Unacceptable! Hire better people! Your drivers are dangerous!!
One star is one star too many for this sorry excuse of a shipping courier. The driver named Kevin needs to be terminated immediately after his excuses for a delivery attempt. 1st day I got a notice saying "Customer unavailable or business closed" along with an image of the road I live on, so he was 1/10 of a mile from my house, he didn't even turn down my road and attempt to deliver my package. I called in and reported his behavior, the next day I get the same response but this time it appears he covered up the camera so as ... read more
