I have been a member with this institution since 2021. I have recently had a fraudulent situation that I requested a refund for and they are refusing to do anything about it. There's other minor issues as well with this place, but today was the final straw. Off to find a better credit union.
Changing banks now as I type!! The worst place to bank hands down. Everyone here is rude and some of the things they say makes no sense whatsoever.
Today an employee from the credit union called me acting as if I had fraudulent activities going on. The FedEx credit union employee scammed my account for $3000!!! Please beware! They called from the FedEx Credit Association Number!!!! THIS IS BEYONG TERRIBLE!!! Yall have employees in house scamming people. PLEASE DO BETTER!
This bank has changed. There are changes that has to be made and I get that but be PROFESSIONAL about it. Dont just assume all of "us" will argue. Ive been banking with this bank LONG BEFORE so if I want to know why do I "openly" have to say passwords, that is my right. My money....The mixed lady behind the glass was not professional.
