I love the credit union, but this location is so disappointing. On top of the rude staff that barely do their jobs, and do it very slowly when they do, the ATM has been out of money for days. It's the only ATM on this side of town, it should not regularly be out of money.
The service is hit and miss... ATMs are out of money frequently... Responses are slow... It's hard for me to have faith in this particular CU bc they seem to not care about certain patrons. Darren assisted me yesterday and told me that I'd get a callback within an hr but, I didn't. I waited about 4hrs then, eventually just called in for the follow-up only to be told that the customer service rep couldn't help me and had to submit a request for someone else to contact me.... Felt very overlooked and disregarded.
