The service is hit and miss... ATMs are out of money frequently... Responses are slow... It's hard for me to have faith in this particular CU bc they seem to not care about certain patrons. Darren assisted me yesterday and told me that I'd get a callback within an hr but, I didn't. I waited about 4hrs then, eventually just called in for the follow-up only to be told that the customer service rep couldn't help me and had to submit a request for someone else to contact me....
