My husbands chemo was sent through this location, it must be refrigerated or $17,000 of medicine will expire. Not only did this location fail to notify ANYONE (hospital, med carrier, us) that the package was there for two weeks, but they also had left the box out in the open so the medicine was spoiled by the time we were finally able to figure out where the chemo meds were sent. “Disappointed” does not begin cover the feelings I have for this location.
