Person was very nice but warned me they don’t have the software to print out labels that are scan barcode that places like eBay send u for returns. Yet Walgreens does have the software. You’d think that if you’re going to be a fed ex place you’d take the time to get the software needed to operate properly. Without it they r basically just a glorified drop box.
This location assists with issues that are caused by the FedEx ground carrier's lack of ability to pickup. Their assistance is appreciated.
The lady was wonderful, and I loved her cat.
Shipping center was closed before 5 pm on Friday. Attempted to call multiple times to verify if they were open starting at 4:48 pm. Only reason I had to come to the Shipping Center was due to FedEx failing to pickup the shipment at our location.
